2003-Wujiang Tap-changer General Factory was restructured and established by Wujiang Yuanyang Electric Co., LTD

2023- Acquired Wujiang Yuanyang Electric Co., LTD and Wujiang Luxu Tap Changer Manufacturing Co., LTD to establish Wukai Electric (Jiangsu) Co., LTD.

2024- The company establishes its foreign trade department, consisting of foreign trade sales and after-sales technicians.
